Do I need to print them out or is the digital version sufficient?
The online version is sufficient, as long as you can read the barcode. There's no need to print the #protectourforests ticket.
Is there a rate for jobseekers?
No, but we invite you to visit the ticketing section of our website to take advantage of our special rates.
Prices are too high!
Our team of enthusiasts works every day of the year, in every season. We are in exceptional locations, and we have to deal with their geographical and climatic constraints. However, don't hesitate to visit our website in the "ticketing" section for special rates.
I bought a ticket online but I haven't received it, what should I do?
In this case, please call us 🙂 or follow the procedure below: When your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email inviting you to download your tickets from your customer area. If you don't see it in your inbox, check that it hasn't arrived in your spam folder. In any case, you can retrieve the tickets you ordered by clicking on "lost ticket" in our ticketing service and following the procedure.
Is there an annual subscription or a loyalty card?
You can also take out the park's loyalty card. After 10 visits, the 11th will be free.
How long are tickets valid?
Tickets are valid for the session you have chosen to book. However, if you wish to change the day and time of your session, simply let us know in advance by phone or e-mail: contact@akropark.fr or 0690 94 89 42.
Is it possible to pay by: dollars, vacation vouchers, credit card, American Express card?
Payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), cash, vacation vouchers and dollars only.
Can we organize a birthday party at the Akropark?
Akropark offers 3 different packages for children under 10:
- Option 1: course only (2h30 of activity) = €20/child,
- Package 2: course + sweets, tablecloths, kettledrums, plates + 1 x 50cl juice and 1 x 50cl water bottle (per child) = €26/child,
- Formula n°3: formula n°2 + circus school (2h of activity supervised by 2 circus teachers) = €26/child + €200 flat-rate for speakers.
What all our packages have in common is that we don't take care of the cake, and we ask for a €50 deposit for the table and site cleanliness, which will be returned to you after verification by a member of staff.

During your visit
Is the park accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the park and its paths, we are unable to make it accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, the Guadeloupe Zoo, located across the street, is accessible.
Is there a maximum weight limit for the courses?
The maximum weight for optimal course conditions is 100kg.
Is there a minimum height requirement for the courses?
There are size limits below which it is complicated to run courses in optimal conditions. These height limits are : 90cm for the children's course and 1m40 for the adult course.
Is there an age limit below or above which it is not advisable to do the courses?
The minimum age for the children's course is 3 years. There is no maximum age, but we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the adult course requires self-pulling ability. In other words, you need to be able to carry your own weight to be able to complete the course.
Is picnicking allowed?
Picnics are permitted for park guests at designated picnic areas.
Are there any low-traffic hours?
If you'd like to enjoy the park and courses in peace and quiet, we recommend you come between 9am and 12pm. It's during this time that the crowds are generally smallest.
Too many people on the activities / courses
Depending on the time of day and the time of year, we may be more busy than usual. However, don't hesitate to call us - we'll do our best to advise you.
What time is the last admission?
The last admission time is 2:30 p.m., so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the activity and complete the entire course.
Is the tour feasible in rainy weather?
Yes, it does sometimes rain, as we're in the neo-tropical zone, so the visit remains feasible and practicable.
Is smoking allowed in the park?
No, smoking is prohibited for safety reasons.
Are there mosquitoes in the park?
We're in an open neo-tropical zone in the middle of nature, so this can happen. However, we do our utmost to keep mosquitoes to a minimum using natural, local methods.
How should I dress for the courses?
You'll need sportswear, closed shoes with non-slip soles and, for those with long hair, a hair tie.
How long are the zip lines?
The longest is 110 metres long, but there are almost 600 metres of zip lines in all!
The park is poorly maintained and the infrastructure is aging.
We love our park, it's a living place in the heart of exuberant nature that we take care of every day of the year. If you notice anything during your visit, please let us know so that we can do even better.
Is it dangerous?
The park offers adventure and outdoor activities designed by experts in full compliance with current safety standards.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are strictly forbidden for reasons of health and comfort for other visitors.
Is it possible to apply to join the team?

Is it allowed for professionals to shoot films?
While we're delighted to see photos of our charming visitors, professional photo shoots and films are strictly regulated and must be covered by a contract. Please contact us by email for any such request.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, the La Badiane restaurant just a few metres away welcomes you from midday onwards 🙂
Is the park part of the Jardin de Valombreuse? Is a visit to the garden included in the entrance fee?
Akropark is right next to Jardin de Valombreuse, and the two parks share the same parking lot. However, they are two separate parks, so entrance to one does not give access to the other.
