2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of admission tickets and gift cards offered by Akropark on its website.
3. Products Offered
- Tickets: Tickets must be purchased by zone, with a specific date and time required.
The courses are divided into zones corresponding to specific age groups, heights, and skill levels:

- Tickets for the Petite Forêt and Grand Mahogany areas
- Tickets for the Ti’Racoon area
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they book an area appropriate for the participant’s age, height, and abilities.
Akropark reserves the right to deny access to an area if age, height, or safety requirements are not met, even if a ticket was purchased in error. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Gift Certificate: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient of the gift certificate must then visit the website to book their session.
The applicable rates are those listed on the website at the time of ordering.
4. Order and Confirmation
Orders can only be placed online through the official Akropark website.
The order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email containing the electronic tickets is sent.
This email serves as proof of purchase and must be presented at the park entrance (either printed or on your smartphone).
5. Rates and Payment Terms
Prices are listed in euros and include all taxes.
Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Connect vacation checks.
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
6. Ticket Delivery
Tickets, season passes, packages, and gift cards are sent via email as downloadable e-tickets.
No mailings are planned.
7. No Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation / Refund
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to recreational services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
Therefore, tickets, season passes, packages, and gift cards are neither cancellable nor refundable, even in the event of a booking error, loss, or theft.
However, you may request a change of date or time, subject to availability, by contacting Akropark by phone at 0690 94 89 42.
No refunds will be issued; only a rescheduling of the appointment may be offered.
In the event of an exceptional closure of the park due to force majeure (severe weather, a hurricane, etc.), Akropark may offer a rescheduling option or a credit, at its sole discretion.
8. Terms of Use
Each ticket is non-transferable and valid for one person only.
Any reproduction, alteration, or fraudulent use of a ticket is prohibited.
Akropark reserves the right to deny entry to anyone presenting a counterfeit or invalid ticket.
Access to the courses is strictly subject to compliance with the age, height, and safety requirements specific to each area. In the event of non-compliance, access may be denied without the possibility of a refund.
9. Liability
Akropark shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or incident occurring outside its area of responsibility.

11. Protection of Personal Data

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is vested in the courts of Basse-Terre.
The customer has the option of seeking assistance from a consumer mediator at no cost, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
